Dr Archana Bhattacharjee is an Educator, Social Activist,Philanthropist and a former State Badminton Player. She has retired recently from her post as an Associate Professor in a Govt College in Jorhat ,Assam where she had served for 33 years with sincerity and dedication .As a Researcher she has presented more than 75 research papers at National and International Seminars and Conferences both within and outside the country.She has also published 60 research papers on Gender,Dalit and Educational Issues in several reputed issn peer reviewed journals and isbn.books. She is the founder President of an NGO working for the empowerment of the tea community women and youths of Assam whose welfare is very close to her heart.She has received various awards for her academic and social works.She is the Vice Chairman of Council for Teacher Education Foundation, CTEF Assam. Joint Secy( East Zone)of All India Association For Educational Research ,District Coordinator of Council for Teacher Education( Assam Chapter)Honorary Faculty of Dr Ambedkar Career guidance Centre,Jorhat and recently appointed as the State Director of Assam ,Project 100.She received the ‘Excellent Teacher Award ‘ from Society for Research in Education and Information Technology and Pratibha Spandan Society,Shimla HP in 2016. She is also the recipient of the " India Peace Prize". from International Youth Committee at Constitution Club in New Delhi,in 2019 and Fellow Award from The Royal School of Educators" ,Singapore in 2018. She believes that ," Service to Humanity is Service to God."

Dr. Jugnu Khatter Bhatia is currently working as the Principal of Satyug Darshan Institute of Education and Research, Faridabad. Her academic qualifications are MA (Psychology), M. Phil (Commerce) , UGC-Net (Education) and PhD (Education). A poet at heart, she is a motivator who feels everyone should be given a chance and direction to blossom. She totally believes in leading by example and taking everyone together on the path to success. She started her academic journey as a school teacher. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of education. She has published more than 20 educational research articles and papers in various National and International Peer-reviewed and UGC approved Journals. She has successfully published two books related to Teacher Education. She has contributed various chapters in Edited books. She is an Editorial Member of various reputed National and International Journals . She also keeps writing Educational articles in various newspapers to give a new direction to the Indian education system and the nature of teacher education. She has presented various research papers in National and International seminars and conferences. She has also delivered extension and Guest lectures. She strives to enrich her academic and professional life through attending refresher courses and Faculty development programs as she believes that there is no age or limit to attain learning. In various colleges, she is also invited as a member of the Jury during inter college competitions. She also served as Expert in Selection Committee formed for recruitment purpose by University.She also serves as the Superintendent of Written and Practical Exams organized by Universities. Under her guidance , Satyug Darshan Institute of Education and Research, which is a women's B. Ed College has made an unprecedented contribution to all-round development of the prospective teachers. The institute has countless achievements under her leadership. In her journey, she has organized many State and National level inter college competitions, national seminars, workshops, extension lectures and national webinars at the institute. Under her leadership, the college has touched a new peak of success. Her contribution in the field of teacher education is incredible.
