Dr. Tania Gupta is Professor & Dean, School of Education and Dean, Student Welfare, K. R Mangalam University, Haryana, India. She is Ph.D. (Education), UGC NET (Education), M.Ed., M.A. (Economics) and Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Planning and Management (PGDEPM). A seasoned academician and educational administrator with professional experience of 21 years from school to university level, she has ceaselessly endured demonstrating exemplary leadership in creating the best learning environment and fostering a vibrant organizational culture with robust ethos, professional ethics, teamwork, discipline and safety, creativity and innovation. Dr. Gupta is a firm believer that teaching profession creates all other professions and therefore she is on a mission to contribute to nurturing a pool of lifelong learners and nation builders who are intellectually competent, socially responsible and humane and possess the skill sets and competencies of national and global standards. She has been the founder Editor of various journals of Education and has several research papers, edited books, book chapters and patents published to her credit. She has rich experience in creating self-learning material and e-content for learners. She is a recipient of several prestigious awards. She has organized several conferences, seminars and training programmes and has been invited as expert speaker on various educational forums. Her specialization and research interests include education policy, higher education, economics of education, teacher education, inclusive education, child development, educational leadership and management, and pedagogy of social sciences. Presently, she is Vice-Chairperson of Council for Teacher Education Foundation (CTEF), Delhi NCR Chapter & North Zone President of the Council for Teachers Professional Development (CTPD), India.

Dr. Sonal Chabra, has done her Masters in Education, Child Development and English. She has done her Ph.D from GGSIP University, Delhi. She has a varied teaching experience of over 12 years from M.S. University of Vadodara, Lady Irwin College Delhi and is presently working as Principal with Rawal College of Education, Faridabad. She has several books and more than 50 research papers published in National and International Journals to her credit. She has contributed to development of learning material for MNGRCE and NIOS and has actively participated in Video Lectures and Live Programmes for D.El.Ed programme of NIOS.
